How does UK Next Day Delivery work?
When you choose a Next Working Day service, we aim to get your package to you on the next working day.
Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not counted as working days.
UK Next Working Day services apply to mainland UK addresses only and excludes the following postcode areas:
AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-FK21, KA27-28, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH15-26, PH30-PH50, TR21-TR25, All KW, All ZE, All BT, All JE, All GY, All IM, All HS, All IV postcodes.
Deliveries to these postcodes, as well as Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, The Isle of Wight, The Isle of Man addresses, will be sent on a two working day service.
Please keep in mind that these delivery windows are estimates only, while we strive to meet them, courier delays may occasionally occur.
When is your delivery cut-off time?
Orders must be placed by 3pm from Monday to Thursday, for delivery the following day on a Next Working Day delivery service - excluding bank holidays.
Please note that orders placed on a Friday before 3pm with a Next Working Day delivery service, will be made on the following Monday.
Which couriers do you use to deliver?
For UK customers, we offer a choice of Royal Mail or DPD at checkout.
For international orders, we work with a range of international couriers to ensure reliable delivery.
What is a DPD Hour Timeslot & Can I pick mine?
When choosing any DPD service, you can enter your UK mobile number & email address at checkout. DPD will then send you an email & text when your parcel is out for delivery, giving you a one-hour delivery window.
At this time, it’s not possible to choose or request a specific one-hour slot. DPD will automatically text and email you on the morning of delivery with your allocated time slot.
