Why CaddyTalk?
There are plenty of golf rangefinders and golf GPS options on the market, so why should you choose CaddyTalk for your next purchase?
The Famous Caddy Mode
A feature present in several CaddyTalk products, Caddy Mode lets you measure the distance between the ball and the target without needing to stand straight next to the ball. Simply laser the ball, then laser the pin from wherever you are, and the tech does the rest of the work for you!
Environmental AI
CaddyTalk goes way beyond basic elevation. Their M-Slope (Magic Slope) tech factors in the temperature, humidity and even the thinness of the air. Going one step further again, CaddyTalk Windy integrates wind speed and direction, for a fully-fledged conditions monitor that helps any player scan their surroundings with the accuracy and keen senses of a hawk.
Tiny but Tough Designs
Accidents can happen on the course at any time. While numerous CaddyTalk releases are designed to seamlessly slip into your pocket without creating bulk, they’re strong enough to endure the rigours of regular play and even a few unintentional bumps and scrapes.
Instant Lock & Vibrate Actions
No more guessing if you’ve hit the trees behind the green. CaddyTalk sensors are lightning-quick, giving you a sharp jolt vibration the second you’ve locked onto the pin.

Frequently Asked Questions

Caddy Mode is a world-first triangulation technology found in devices like the CaddyTalk Cube and Windy. Unlike standard rangefinders that require you to stand at your ball to get a distance measurement, Caddy Mode allows you to stay in your cart or on the path, or at a different standing point. By lasering the ball and then the target from a third location, the device uses patented triangulation to calculate the distance between the two independent points. It is a major time-saver on "cart-path-only" days or when planning a layup from a distance.

While most lasers only account for elevation changes, CaddyTalk’s Environmental Slope (E-Slope) and Magic Slope (M-Slope) technologies use advanced ballistics to give you a "true" plays-like distance.
- E-Slope: Factored into models like the Cube and Windy, this tech integrates real-time environmental data (including temperature, altitude, and humidity) to adjust your yardage.
- M-Slope: This uses ballistics data specifically tuned for the average golfer's trajectory, ensuring the recommended distance is as accurate as possible for your specific shot height and landing angle.

The CaddyTalk Windy is a pioneering device that introduces a built-in wind sensor - the first of its kind in a golf rangefinder. It provides:
- Real-Time Wind Data: Measures wind speed and direction at your exact location.
- W-Slope: Combines wind data with slope and environmental factors for the most precise club recommendation possible.
- Visual Clarity: Features a 7x magnification lens and a dual-colour (red/green) OLED display that automatically adjusts brightness for visibility in any light.
- Ultra-Portable Design: Like the Cube, it is incredibly lightweight and features a magnetic grip for easy attachment to carts.

Yes. Although CaddyTalk devices are packed with advanced "non-conforming" features like E-Slope and Caddy Mode, they are designed with tournament play in mind. The Cube and Windy models feature a dedicated slope switch. When the slope mode is toggled off, the devices provide straight-line distances only, making them fully compliant with USGA and R&A rules for competitive rounds. The side-mounted LCD screen on the Cube even provides a visual indicator to show which mode is currently active, so you won’t have any unfortunate slip-ups.
